- Chose the self-service option, but upon arrival, some booking procedures were still required. - They printed our international driving permit only after a reminder. - They provided a guide to U.S. traffic rules, which is very helpful for newcomers to driving in the U.S. - The provided offline GPS wasn't very useful. - We were pleasantly surprised to find a phone holder in the car, which was brand new and very sturdy. - Picked up the car from a store at the international airport, where they provided free self-service hot water, coffee, tea, and restrooms. However, sometimes there was no staff present, and we had to call them out. - On the last day, they drove us to the airport, and although we waited about half an hour, a staff member later apologized and explained that the shuttle had to refuel, which took some time. The shuttle was very comfortable, highly recommended~ - Overall, I would choose yesaway first for my next self-drive trip abroad.

The rental company had the car ready, and there were only two customers ahead of me during the paperwork process, so I could drive away quickly.

No shuttle to the place from the airport as advertised. Had to pay for a taxi! Absolutely horrendous! Their customer service barely speaks any English!

My only issue is that I forgot a pair of glasses in the car. I'm trying to recuperate them from YESAWAY. I hope they help me get them back.
