Arrived at the airport, and the staff picked me up. It was great.

Very convenient, picked up the car upon arrival, the whole process took just 10 minutes.

Car rental was great but car probably needed a slightly better clean. Had dirt on the outside

The staff were lovely and even offered us an umbrella to keep in the car as rain was forecast. The Mercedes car we booked was involved in an accident a couple of days before we arrived but we were notified in advance and adequate replacement was provided with fuel included. It was refreshing not to deal with the big corporate rental companies.

Like: 車種指定ができたこと。十分な荷室が確保された車種が事前指定できることで、3人分の荷物の搭載を心配する必要がありませんでした。
Dislike: この店舗の問題ではありませんが、私はこの車のシートで長時間運転していると、重度の腰痛となりました。
