Pick-up was smooth

The car pick up was very straightforward with little or no ‘sales pitch’ for added insurance etc which was good however I did feel there was little or no information given regarding condition of car, road tolls etc which I would have liked.

QEEQ were excellent from the off.. The on line booking was simple and straightforward and the 1$Us deposit was very welcomed. We paid for the car the day before the pick up and were advised the cost had dropped by over £40 ( presumably exchange rate difference) which was a nice bonus and the refund was in my account 3 days after we returned the car. Also we booked a 4 door saloon and were given a mediumSUV

Did not get the Chevrolet traverse, but a Ford Explorer which was an excellent vehicle. Only draw back was the long line when I picked up the car. After a 16 hour flight would have preferred a short waiting period. Overall the customer service staff very helpful

Dear All , As you see the records of Khelawan and Jaisri into your system you will now that we always book any car from you guys . but this was my worst experience with budget . as you see i booked a suburban and they give me a smaller tahoe . and i told them that my booking is for a suburban and the ask me if i still need a car !!! what a service .
