They gave me an upgrade, which was great. The Lyft experience to the location was a hassle, but that's an LAX issue. Otherwise, the experience was great.

The car had some scratches and dents, but otherwise it was fine. Picking up my vehicle was smoothe. Dropping off, had a bit of a wait to get to the airport. First said it would be 5 minutes. I waited at least 5 minutes, then said it would be an additional 10 minutes. When I indicated I really needed to make my flight, then then took me to the airport. Other than that I think Yesaway is great, better than any Car Rental I have ever experienced. Prices are quite reasonable and hoping them keep them that way. Would like to see a little more customer service available at the counter when walking in. Overall the place seems empty, but the upside is that there isn't a huge crowd to compete with time wise. Overall I would give Yesaway a 9.8. I am very happy with them and would like to make this my Car Rental of Choice. I waited a really long time to get my car. They need an actual document showing your insurance. Visa and MasterCard are not enough. This really needs to change as it bogs down the whole exchange. Most of their customers are Chinese tourists who are accustomed to providing that but the company hasn’t yet understood how things are done in America.
