Extremely satisfied. We showed the order, driver's license, and credit card at the counter. After verification, they directed us to the parking lot to choose a car. There were 5 cars available, and we chose a JEEP that had only run for over 16,000 miles. The car was in great condition. Very satisfied.

We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.
