Very satisfied

There was a discrepancy in the insurance items listed in the onsite contract compared to what was booked online, which took a long time to resolve, but eventually got sorted out. Car pickup was relatively simple.

Like: The car, a Ford Fusion Hybrid, was an excellent, well-designed and maintained piece of equipment. Great car. Rate did not match the reservation rate (it was higher, due to "taxes and fees", but was quickly corrected, once I showed the printout and e-mail, which did include taxes and fees.
Dislike: That the rate was higher than was what was contracted for. Fortunately, I had printouts and e-mails to prove it.
