Before departure, I was told I couldn't use a UnionPay Visa card, which prevented me from booking in advance. After arriving in Los Angeles to inquire at the rental office, they said it was acceptable! They forced me to choose a mid-size car, but the upgraded car triggered a warning. Picked up the car the night before and had to exchange it early the next morning. They charged an additional service fee for the exchange, which was very frustrating! I was misled into buying the full tank insurance, which is very disappointing... However, picking up and dropping off the car was convenient, and the car's condition was great.

I recommend refusing any additional charges the store tries to add. What you choose on the rental platform is enough!!!
