Rented the cheapest option and got an Audi A3 with over 10,000 kilometers on it. It was fuel-efficient and easy to drive. All damages were clearly marked during pickup, and during drop-off, they didn't even check. However, European roads and parking spaces are narrow, unlike in the US. I'm glad I rented a small car! What I regret, though, is not buying full insurance. I spent several days worried because you can trust your own driving skills, but you can't rely on other drivers. The narrow spaces in Europe make scratches and collisions very likely.

Quick and easy pickup and return

The car rental experience was extremely poor. 1. They did not provide me with an SUV or a vehicle of the same category. 2. Due to vehicle quality issues, the car could not start at a gas station (repair station), and the delayed roadside assistance caused significant trip delays, leading to substantial economic losses. 3. After returning home, I was charged on my credit card and unreasonably asked to pay for vehicle repair costs (the malfunction was due to vehicle issues, not driver error). 4. In Norway, QEEQ's 24-hour customer service did not respond promptly to emails and could not be reached via international phone. QEEQ company did not actively cooperate with after-sales and consumer rights protection, completely ignoring the consumers.
