You need to communicate via phone in English before renting the car. There's no dedicated staff at the rental location and no POS machine. They require credit card authorization in advance via email. I rented a Golf but got an Audi A4 instead. The final bill was confusing and I'm not sure which car's rental fee was charged. Fortunately, nothing went wrong after returning the car. Overall, it was okay.

The guy in Kiruna was pretty laid-back, handling things one step at a time in an orderly manner. The self-service car return was impressive. They initially downgraded the car because my luggage didn't fit, but then they upgraded my model for free, which was great.
