Very satisfied, no upselling and they even upgraded our vehicle. We also added full insurance in the end.

The car rental location moved, but there was no email notification. The staff at both the pickup and dropoff locations were very courteous.

La voiture était mieux que prévue. Par contre, j'ai été débité deux fois pour la location. 1 première fois par easy rent cars et une seconde fois lors du retrait !! La personne au guichet m'a assuré que c'était un dépôt et non débit.

Je n'ai pas rencontre de problème avec la plate-forme.

The staff at the store were friendly and attentive. After understanding our itinerary clearly, they quickly prepared all the necessary paperwork and even thoughtfully provided a complimentary upgrade to the vehicle model. Professional and hospitable—an excellent car rental experience!

There was no queue at the time, got the car immediately upon arrival. Just prepare the required documents in advance as per QEEQ's instructions.

I use QEEQ for few years already. Their service is always great, large choice of vehicles of all sizes and price. In case of need, their customer service do maximum to assist.

We made the reservation quite late, but to avoid a long wait, they specially arranged a free car upgrade for us.

Rented the cheapest option and got an Audi A3 with over 10,000 kilometers on it. It was fuel-efficient and easy to drive. All damages were clearly marked during pickup, and during drop-off, they didn't even check. However, European roads and parking spaces are narrow, unlike in the US. I'm glad I rented a small car! What I regret, though, is not buying full insurance. I spent several days worried because you can trust your own driving skills, but you can't rely on other drivers. The narrow spaces in Europe make scratches and collisions very likely.
