Alamo makes car rental very convenient. The self-service pickup is very quick. During the ten-plus days of using the car, I scratched the left bumper and the trunk in two small places. When returning the car, I informed the staff, who told us it was not a big deal. The return process was also very straightforward; they just took a quick look at the car, and we were done.

Very satisfied, truly a big company. Just one small issue, when handling the rental procedures, they initially mixed me up with another customer, which took a while to resolve.

There were 6 people waiting for cars and 2 servers. However another member of staff helped us check in on the self service machine which was very quick
