If you don't want to queue or deal with the counter staff and avoid insurance offers, Alamo has a row of self-service machines in the rental lobby. Simply input your reservation number, driver's license number, swipe your credit card for the deposit, select 'no' for the other options, and the rental document will be printed out.

Very good and very enthusiastic. They only asked if the car was returned with a full tank.
