The rental company has a counter in the airport arrivals hall, and AVANTCAR's service was okay.

The car was great but staff wasn't friendly on day of visit. They also charge an absurdly high cost if you want to cross the border and it's not advertised that they do, it's like a hidden fee. If using within the country, it's fine to rent from without any problems.

The car satisfied my expectation. The time spent on pick-up was longer than my expectation due to a long line up. But the staff on the counter was very helpful. He helped us for dropping the car in Downtown instead of Airport.

The booking platform is amazing.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. They tried to make extra charges to supply a car in the same class as we booked. One of the staff swore at my daughter because she refused to pay extra to have a suitable car, as booked, supplied to us without almost another €500 being paid for "Necessary Extras". Avantcar act like gangsters extorting money from vulnerable people. Avoid at all cost they are NOT a reputable company as the reviews on Trustpilot confirm.
