She briefly explained the contract terms and mentioned that since we had already purchased full insurance through the rental platform, there was no need to buy additional insurance from the rental company. The car we received was very new, and the parking lot staff pointed out all the existing scratches so we could take pictures. They also explained the fuel type and return process before leaving.
Returning the car was very straightforward. The staff walked around the car, checked the fuel level by starting the engine, and that was it. Around 20 days after returning the car, the pre-authorized deposit was refunded.
The service attitude is relatively enthusiastic, and you can see the location after walking a bit from the airport. However, they might strongly insist on you buying insurance; otherwise, you need to pay a deposit of nearly 1,000 euros.
The car rental company did a good job overall, but they were dishonest. They initially gave me a very small car that couldn't fit my luggage. I requested a larger vehicle, but they lied and said there were none available. However, after QEEQ customer service intervened, they provided me with a car that met my needs.
This company has hidden numerous high charges beyond the initial order, intentionally overcharging customers. They leverage vehicle deposits and completely refuse to return funds as a form of coercion. Counter and reception staff are frequently absent, requiring calls and extended waiting times. The specified return time is strictly enforced, yet the location for pickup and return is completely incorrect, being several kilometers apart. They exploit fuel policies and strict return times to impose high additional charges on customers.
The staff provided good service, but the explanations and guidance for crossing borders were not very detailed. If you plan to cross borders, it's recommended to ask more questions and confirm the details.
It's best to contact the staff in advance before picking up the car. We arrived at the scheduled time but couldn't find the staff. After calling them, they drove over. The return location is near the old town, and parking was difficult to find. The staff told us to park in front of a restaurant, but we noticed a 'No Parking' sign there at first, so we specifically found another parking spot nearby.
I frequently use Dollar/Thrifty cars in the United States and trusted the company once again for this booking. Initially, I hoped for a Ford Fiesta or similar models like a Polo or Opel. However, I was unexpectedly given an outdated Panda model—fully manual, no backup camera, and without any digital features. Considering the 10-day rental cost close to 6000 in the Balkans, receiving such a car felt somewhat disappointing.

They claim to offer a no-deposit option, but you must purchase a mandatory €159 insurance to waive the deposit; otherwise, the deposit is €1700. When I returned the car, one staff member kept complaining. I parked a bit too close to the neighboring car on the driver's side, and he, unable to squeeze in due to his size, started questioning how I parked and why it was done this way. Furthermore, when returning the car, we were in a hurry to catch a flight, and I asked if he could speed up. He rudely responded with comments like 'You should have come earlier. We don't care, you must plan ahead.' His attitude was extremely poor. While waiting for him to check the car, he even unlocked our car doors to show another customer, explaining things like 'This car is this or that,' which added to the negative experience. If giving zero stars were possible, I would have done so.
