Excellent service, plenty of options for SUVs in the same class

I booked a Grand Cherokee or a similar large SUV, but ended up with a relatively new Nissan X-Trail. The Alamo staff didn't allow us to use the parked cars because they were considered a different class. Haha... Anyway, the X-Trail I got was quite new and in good condition, but it felt underpowered in the US.

A fairly large company with a good selection of new cars.

There were too many people, and the waiting time was very long.
