I have always rented cars from this company, but I never expected to be betrayed like this. I encountered a staff member who kept chatting with us. Even after we clearly stated that we didn't need any additional services, he first claimed that he had mistakenly processed our order and replaced it with another one. He asked me to authorize a $1 charge for verification, but then said my credit card didn't go through and asked me to use another credit card for authorization, creating a new order again. Since we were having a friendly conversation all along, I completely overlooked the new order he created. In the end, I was charged more than $300, including $55.17 for refueling charges even though I returned the car with a full tank, $23.97 for an airport facility fee, $215.76 for roadside assistance, and $25.26 in taxes, totaling $320.16. These scammers are so shameless! I'm extremely disappointed! How can someone be so deceitful? We'll see how this issue is resolved. I believe scammers like this will face consequences eventually!

Pretty good, we got to choose our own car within the same class. Since we had a lot of luggage, we chose a bigger one.

They tried to upsell many items and automatically added full insurance, which took a lot of effort to remove. Later, without much explanation, they told us that the car rental did not include fuel costs and charged us for an extra tank of fuel, which we didn’t need.
