The contract has hidden clauses and charges high service fees. They secretly deduct from the pre-authorization after returning the car. This is a very dishonest car rental company.

A little explanation on driving rules,tolls and parking in Melbourne would have helped a great deal. There was total lack of communication and personal touch to the service provided.
