The queue time was short, but the staff were not very knowledgeable.

Their English was pretty good, and the car rental process was quite straightforward. We had an early morning flight and the staff managed to meet us at the airport promptly, although there was an extra charge for services outside regular hours. Unlike in Germany, where you can just drop the keys at a designated spot free of charge if it's outside working hours.

There were two groups ahead of me, so I waited for half an hour.

Terrible fuel policy which charged us with 23 euro penalty for not refueling enough fuel in the car (short of 3 EURO)
