There are only two staff members, and each customer takes 20 minutes. Being third in line means waiting for more than half an hour. When I arrived at the airport, the rental company didn't answer the phone. I had to call twice before they picked up on the third call.

Lisbon location is a scam. When dropping off the car, they charge us for a microscopic spot on the edge of the door which was already there when we rented it out. It wasn't even visible, other clients agreed with us that it wasn't visible but the attendant told us it was our fault and charged us. Either we pay that amount or they will charge us more. Luckily we had the insurance from QEEQ but also from our credit card so we managed to get it back. But be very careful when renting from this location. I had rented from the Pisa location and all good.

This is the second time using and no changes, delays as always. I booked economic car they were trying to give me a mini. Ans

Terrible service. We had to wait 4.5 hours to collect our car and another 90mins for the shuttle to get us to the airport after drop off.

Fine.

Everything was OK beside two thibgs: the toll device was a hidden cost (1.2€/day) and they only work until 8pm... Has to pay 35 euro extra for overtime since my plane was late.
