Great customer service. I booked the car under a different name and forgot my driving license, but they changed the driver for me without any conditions. Seeing we had so much luggage, they upgraded the car for free! Big thumbs up to the gentleman, though I forgot to get his name.

This time, the vehicle was pre-assigned instead of choosing one at the parking lot, which is not ideal.
