Alamo's service was excellent, from the bus driver's assistance to the quick and easy car exchange process. The car's condition was particularly impressive and pleasantly surprised us.

Long waiting time

The counter service attitude was average because I didn't buy extra insurance or upgrade the car! They kept saying the car I booked couldn't fit my luggage. When I said 'have a try, OK?' she finally stopped talking! In fact, there was plenty of space! Returning the car was easy, and the service was good and efficient.
