Car was great, but the computer system was down so it took us over an hour in line to get to counter to rent the car. There were about 20 people in line when we arrived and no one at any other counter in the airport

I had requested special services ie a wheelchair. The staff at Advantage sent my partner outside to get help. The staff outside sent my partner back to Advantage claiming they should provide the wheelchair assistance. After all the back and forth we eventually received wheelchair assistance from an Advantage employee.

The booking platform was a bit challenging and not very intuitive. After tinkering around I was able to book my reservation.

Terrible customer service. Vehicles are smelling cigarettes. A lot of scratches. Avoid them next time.

We received a superior car to what we actually booked. Advantage stayed open 2 hours late in order to facilitate our late flight and its clients. Exceptional customer service!

Like: Unlike our car rental experience previously, we prepaid over internet and there were no ‘hidden fees’ on arrival.
Dislike: Too long at check out Second driver should be included
