Terrible experience with the car rental company. Booked a car but couldn't pick it up. We followed the instructions after leaving the airport, but there was no shuttle bus. Had to drag our luggage to find the store, only to find it closed due to Christmas, despite confirming the rental time multiple times. Stranded in cold and hunger in Iceland for 4 hours until 3 AM! Paid over 8000 RMB for 6 days. To avoid delaying our trip, we rented a car from a local agency for 3 days, but only received a partial refund of around 1000 RMB. Do not rent from here; they take your money and provide no car.

When booking through Zuzuche, I carefully checked the terms, which said a pre-authorization of 2500 euros would be held. However, at the store, they said it would be 3000 euros unless I purchased their insurance. Although I explained that I had already bought insurance through Zuzuche, they insisted on the 3000 euros deposit. Additionally, the price for the child booster seat was higher than quoted on Zuzuche. There was no one to pick us up from the airport and we waited a long time until I called them. The only positive aspect was that the car was relatively new.
