The car booked online was different from the actual model, and the price difference wasn't refunded.

They don't have a telephone number to reach the counter at the airport and people who answers the phone from the general number are not well informed about the schedules and process, they couldn't even find my reservation.

Be cautious when picking up a car at the airport; you'll have to pay extra airport fees. The efficiency of the staff in Mexico is incredibly low. Expect to wait in line for about an hour, and then the staff will smilingly scam you out of your money. Despite telling them I already had insurance, they added insurance to my order in Spanish. I only found out when returning the car that this was an extra insurance charge! Terrible!

Estuvo excelente, aunque no estaba disponible el auto que solicité. Lo único malo es que el proceso de recogida fue lento.

Quedé encantado con el precio y los beneficios.
