I did not receive the car I Rented!! I was very disappointed right from the beginning

I bought my insurance anticipated and was sure that it covered collision and theft, but they make me buy their insurance almost Us30.00 daily plus, minivan wasn’t in good shape inside either exterior, old model. Had a hard time finding the right place.

Really easy going web page and friendly app to rent a car.

Car was good. Wish they had given me an upgrade. Overall process was smooth

Good platform and easy process

Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

It was incredibly hard to find the pick up location and not very well signed. I also was forced to buy insurance coverage that I did not want because they would not except my insurance carrier. Just cost me an extra $50 which was half of the cost of my rental car agreement that I bought from the website but I didn’t have another option because there was no other rental car counter is near this location. This is the reason why I would not rent from them again

DO NOT BOOK HERE. This was a terrible experience - we arrived at the pick up several hours late due to a flight delay. The shuttle dropped us off at a very frightening, dark parking lot with a locked, dark trailer which no one was inhabiting. We tried the three phone numbers provided by One Switch and received no answers on ANY numbers (this was 9pm, and business hours on the website stated they were open until 11pm). As a young woman alone, with large luggage, I was frightened and without a place to go or car. I finally made it back to the airport and had to rebook a car completely with a different company. I hope EasyRentCars will discontinue working with this company as this is unsafe and extremely unprofessional.
