Cuando hice la reservación del auto ofrecian un paquete de protección de la unidad tanto en México como en Estados Unidos, pero en la agencia Budget me obligaron a pagar un seguro de cobertura nacional de acuerdo a la ley estatal de Baja California.

NO me dieron el tipo de coche que contrate, ya que no tenian disponible. Pedi automatico y me dieron estandar

Eso bien, creo que decuan que tenía 24 horas para cancelar antes de la entrega pero me aplicaron el cargo mucho antes de las 24 horas

Upon arrival at the rental company, they demanded additional rental fees, claiming our rate was too low to be possible. We showed them our booking and held firm. After nearly an hour of arguing, we were finally allowed to take the car. However, it wasn't the Toyota we booked, but a smaller Renault estate car. Fortunately, one of our companions had lighter luggage, so we managed to fit the luggage of four people. To save time, we didn't insist further and just took the car and left.

Getting the car was no problem. They did offer a bigger car at a higher rate but when we declined there was no further pressure.
