I picked up the car in the afternoon, but the rental agreement stated PM instead of AM! This caused some trouble when returning the car as I was late. After some negotiation and comparing the order time with another car, the issue was finally resolved smoothly... Advice for everyone: Allow plenty of time. We spent over an hour picking up the car! Check critical information on the documents (time, price, etc.) carefully before signing!

Didn't provide the specified car, gave us another one. The key point is that the specified car was available but they didn't give it!!! The process was particularly slow, taking more than an hour!!!
