We waited about an hour for pick up at the airport. About another hour to get the rental process complete. Staff was helpful but very busy. Drop off and wait for shuttle back to airport was great.

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.
