Bought full insurance, no forced insurance required! There's a purple sign at the exit of Los Angeles Airport, wait there for the shuttle to the rental station. Returning the car in Las Vegas was painful, it's hard to find the airport drop-off spot, we circled around several times.

We wanted to upgrade the car model, but the available upgraded vehicle at the rental company would take two hours to get ready. We had to cancel the booking. Although we never used the car, we were charged because the rental company had 'confirmed the booking'.

After landing late at night, I had to wait in line for an hour and a half. The staff were extremely inefficient. An extra 300 dollars were charged after returning the car.
