The car rental staff was waiting for my return at 4 AM; however, the QEEQ Don Mueang Airport return navigation address was incorrect. I started driving at 3:50 AM; the incorrect navigation address kept leading me around the airport. I eventually had to pay 200 Baht for a motorcycle taxi to guide me to the airport's paid parking lot to return the car.

Extremely satisfied. Our flight was delayed, and the staff returned after their shift to assist us. They also suggested we return the car at the pier, making it very convenient for us. They even sent staff to the pier to complete the handover. Very convenient.

There where floods in Ubon Ratichani at the time I was hiring the car. I had ordered to collect a Toyota altis but the staff thought it would be better to take a 4x4 hilux due to the roads. I asked how much the upgrade would be and they said no charge. Excellent customer service
