From start to finish, the staff and online customer service were very professional. Every detail was handled perfectly, exceeding our expectations! They gave me an upgrade, which was great. The Lyft experience to the location was a hassle, but that's an LAX issue. Otherwise, the experience was great.

Car definitely exceeded expectation. Very nice! Great price! Employees very nice and friendly. Only thing is the so called shuttle service. It’s a city bus that only stops/picks up at certain terminals and hard to find. I ended up taking a cab for $20 so not too bad. They paid for an Uber back to airport when I dropped off car. So they are really nice just wasn’t aware of how shuttle service worked. I will definitely rent from them again.
