They didn't have the car I reserved and gave me a 7-seat Chrysler, which significantly increased my fuel costs.

An Indian lady assisted us. She was very friendly and suggested some insurance options. Once I mentioned I had already bought insurance in my home country, she didn't push further. We got a fuel service package, but since we didn't use much fuel, they didn't charge us for it when we returned the car. Very considerate.

The staff tried to sell us insurance, and when we refused, their attitude became very rude. We had purchased an additional driver at the time of booking, but they said this driver must be a spouse (which was not a restriction when we booked), so they charged us the fee for an additional driver (we have the receipt). I have rented cars in nearly 50 countries around the world; this is my first time renting from your company, and it was the worst experience. Of course, I will seek compensation from your company for the additional driver fee.

Lovely Filipina served me on pick up - we spent a while sharing some trip tips for her upcoming visit to Spain. I trusted Dollar once and, because of that, I chose them again this time - could not have done a better choice! Great car in perfect condition, great service and price - what else can you ask for? That lovely feature of you called Price Drop Protection worked to perfection (once again) and helped me save £35 before I even stepped on my airplane to go to Calgary.
