The customer service attitude was somewhat arrogant and they didn't provide detailed information, such as mentioning the extra charge for the Toll box in the car.

There was no Chinese service, long queues, and low efficiency. Even after receiving the rental slip, they didn’t accurately tell us where the car was. It took us quite some time to find it as the slot number was under the car, in the long rows of vehicles to the left upon exit. However, the return process was quick and took only 2 minutes.

I don't understand why AVIS ranks so high on the rental car platform, it's so fake. The AVIS staff had a bad attitude and charged extra fees. The car was supposed to be 66 dollars, but they charged me over 130. It took an hour of negotiation to correct the bill! When returning the car, they charged an additional 20 dollars. Only when I asked at the counter did I learn that they added fuel charges despite agreeing to return it with a full tank. The service was really poor!

Prices a little high compared to Florida - might be a state thing that they can’t control.
