Rented from Alamo for the second time, good service. I brought my own GPS, so I didn't need their recommendation.

Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient and quick, and there weren't too many people. However, after returning the car, a charge was made to my credit card. After checking with the bank, I found out it might be for using toll highways. But there was no information or notification about this charge, it just appeared out of nowhere. They should inform us about the reason, provide the detailed bill, and then give us a receipt or invoice!

Very nice and convenient shuttle bus service to and from the airport free of charge. Nice that we could pick any SUV out of the row.
