The wait time was longer than expected as the shop is not at the terminal and the shuttle bus is slow (need to wait for a few parties to go in one go)

When returning the car at the UDX Center in Tokyo, there was a young man with glasses who, despite the language barrier, was very enthusiastic and helped coordinate everything for us. Due to the typhoon, the Narita Airport office provided a shuttle bus that took us back to the departure level.

No need to queue, very quick processing.

A bit difficult to find the office , it was under ground and doesn’t send any access or map to guide of the location , u need to figure out yourself The pick up and drop off service very take times , if u in a hurry ... lollll But car condition is good , they speak very little of English .
