We waited a long time to pick up the car. People who arrived after us were helped first. We booked a Nissan Qashqai but were given a Ford MPV with over 100,000 kilometers. Larger cars are hard to drive in Europe, and we ended up breaking the mirror during a narrow pass. Luckily, we had purchased the full insurance from the rental company, which should cover this.
