This was the most frustrating part of my entire Phuket trip. The default collision insurance from the platform had a 10,000 baht deductible, and I didn't read the details carefully. Later, when using the car, there was a minor collision and I reported it to the insurance. The Vios we rented had a scratch on the left front fender and a small scratch on the left front light. They charged us 6,000 baht when returning the car. When I contacted the rental company’s customer service, they said I bought the basic insurance which meant the rental company could deduct up to 10,000 baht as they pleased, without following any specific repair cost - they only needed a receipt. When I noticed there was no receipt for the charge, I went back to the counter, and they were reluctant to give me one, saying I didn't buy the extra insurance. It made no sense - I paid the money and couldn't even get a receipt? After insisting for a long time, they unwillingly gave me one. When I asked why the charge was so high, they said it was because we didn't buy extra insurance, and they proudly mentioned that someone just paid over 8,000 baht for a damaged tire. For a beat-up Vios, it felt like we were renting a BMW. I bet they make a lot just from these charges. I complained to the platform's customer service, and they said they had reminded us but we didn't notice a small text note. I suspect many people have suffered as we did. If they truly cared for their customers, why not make the warning more prominent?

The car pickup process was very pleasant. The staff explained all the important details and any scratches clearly. However, although I contacted them via WeChat half an hour before returning the car, there was no one at the return point when I arrived. I had to wait twenty minutes, which almost caused me to miss my flight.

I've been traveling around Thailand for 5 years and rented cars more than 6 times, and this trip was especially disappointing. First: On the 4th day of this 13-day rental, the car wouldn't start due to a battery issue. After calling customer service, we were told roadside assistance would arrive in an hour. Two hours later, no one had arrived. We contacted them again, and they responded that the assistance couldn't find us and went back. How is that possible when it's a 50-minute drive from Phuket Town to Patong? 1. They didn't call my Thai number, Chinese number, or contact me on WeChat. 2. Are they stupid? 3. They probably didn't even leave. 4. They're just lying! After more than 3 hours, the roadside assistance finally arrived on a motorcycle with a power bank! When that didn't work, they called for a tow truck, which took another hour! By the time we got home, it was already late at night, and the four of us, including two elderly and two children, were waiting on the roadside for hours! Two days later, the same problem occurred again, and it took another 3 hours to resolve! I requested a car or battery replacement. They eventually agreed to replace the battery. Finally, someone came to replace the battery, but they brought a larger battery that couldn't be properly fitted, making it unsafe! The next morning at 10 AM, they replaced it with a compatible battery, which then worked fine, but it delayed my schedule and ruined my mood! Second: Regarding the service, the supplier claimed the battery issue was because Chinese renters don't turn off the lights, which is not only discriminatory but also unprofessional. If Zuzuche doesn't take strict action against this company, I'll be the first to delete you!

Car was excellent...and there was no hassle while picking up of car and dropping off. however the security deposit of 10000THB has not yet been refunded by yesaway. They said within 30 days of drop off money will be refunded and we did the same on 9th october. Its 11th November now and there is no sign of refund.
