Excellent service, the customer support was very helpful.

Picked up the car at noon, not many people in line, waited a bit and it was our turn. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.

Like: Easy pick up, easy drop off. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would like to mention Eddie and Nico at Alamo/Enterprise who were absolutely excellent, knew exactly what they were doing, personable and provided great customer service. An asset to the company.
Dislike: Car was dirty on inside and had chewing gum stuck on outside.
