Booked a Ford Focus but got a Kia K4 instead. I wasn’t expecting much from Kia at first, but once I picked it up I realized the space was way bigger than the Focus, it was a pretty much brand-new car with just over 9,000 km, and the tech was great too. I was really happy with it. They didn’t try to upsell me at pickup—probably because I’d already taken full insurance—and returning the car was super easy as well.

Very satisfied. Despite the language barrier, the staff immediately used translation apps on their phones to ensure smooth communication!

Unhappy with pickup, satisfied with drop-off. Two overweight African American women were arrogant during pickup and gave me an old car. I didn't rent a premium car, but the fuel tank wasn't full and the low tire pressure warning was already on, clearly indicating no prior inspection had been conducted. During drop-off, a handsome inspector noticed a scratch and asked if there had been an accident. Upon confirming nothing was wrong, he reassured me that insurance would take care of it and told us we could leave after filling out a form. Extremely handsome, right?

Service staff was fast and professional. Pick up with smooth with no extra questions asked and no upsell. They took a credit card for holding charge, but other than that, it was take the keys and go.

Simple to use and most importantly, app & website were both fast and very clear about what we were paying for. Customer service is top notch and responds almost immediately.
