Most cars have too many scratches and dents. I was attending a wedding and was embarrassed to offer anyone a ride. First Altima was in bad shape. They offered a Sentra which was better but had little gas in it. The ladies before me drove off in a car that had a smashed bumper. Be honest in advertising. Worst car rental service ever, they run out of economic or medium cars. And don't agree to make upgrades, they make a list of customer with my same situation and make us wait until car returns. After spend more than 3 hours need to go to my hotel with out car and return next day to pick the car.
