“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

Reason for the long delay in getting the car I wasn't a where that they don't rent to Florida residents. The girl at the desk was helpful and explained they would have to hold a $1000.00 on a credit card which I did but not everyone would be able to do that.
