I didn’t know that non holding australian driver license can’t buy the premium insurance

Had a minor accident and scratched the car's paint,(1inch scratch above the rear left wheel) Got a bill for 1277$ were they charged for fixing the paint, while adding stuff like fixing doors and door handle and so on which wasnt the dmg I did. even though I had full insurance I dont need to pay for this scam. still dont like liers and profiters.

I believe they are one of the most if not the most under rated car rental agency. The staff were friendly and got us going in no time. We were renting for 50days, they went out if their way to make sure we were happy. Significant $$ savings compared to any other agency(atleast 40% cheaper than their nearest competitor ).

The car exceeded our expectation. Even though we broke down in a small town, they were really quick to replace the car with a good replacement. It was a quick pick up and drop off service. I will definitely go back to them for my next trip.

The car is new and clean. the staffs are nice, Can speak in Chinese and English. Highly recommend.

Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF. Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap
