A lot of unnecessary charges, took 1 hour to pick up the car.

This is a local car rental company in UAE. The service level is quite average.

Only one staff member was handling things, and I waited for 20 minutes.

So bad, they cut my money and no body answer when i call, still they not return my money

Like: Parked car in another part of airport car park (not the drop off area) and was still able to go through the drop off procedure. I would rent from again.
Dislike: Nothing to do with the rental company, but dropping the car off back to the right place within the airport was a pain. Airport doesn't have enough signs. Ended up using up too much fuel and getting charged since car was no longer showing full tank. Also I wished they had a base in terminal 3, as travelling to terminal 1 with a lot of luggage and in the heat was very uncomfortable.
