Always go with Hertz

It was ok generally allthough it had more damage on it than was annotated on the forms and we were just told to photograph it and we made a video. The extra insurance we took out to cover damages was very misleading as Eurocar still took an imprint of our credit card in case we damaged it and then we were told we would have to claim it back through the insurance plan. The insurance was very expensive and it feels like you were just trying to make up the cost of the cheap hire by loading the insurance heavily. All this needs to be made a lot clearer and not put in small print.

Staff were great. Cost will prohibit me in the future , I rent cars at a fraction of the cost normally.

The price was beyond ridiculous. I feel gouged.

The car was in good shape and vfairly new the custoemr service at Europcar soecificall Caroline was exceptional.

The man working the counter at cork airport was absolutely great helped me out a lot when I had to call as my flight was delayed a credit to your company

When my husband picked up the car we had already paid the car in full online. We did not need collision and theft because we were covered under our matercard. we even brought a letter to prove this. When he picked up the car they said we needed to put 5,000$ euros on our mastercard in case of an accident. we only had a limit of 8,000 canadian on the cars so 5,000$ euros was exceeding the limit. Finally we had to take their insurance which came to about 1,000$ Canadian. Plus we had to pay for airport tax of 25 euro which was not indicated on line when I booked the car. So 1,000$ more for the car kind of ruined our holiday. We had a fender bender during our trip so good thing we had insurance but the mastercard would also have covered it without having spent the extra 1000$ canadian. .
