No issue with easy Renta-car but if I could replay I wouldn't use TAMRA. Limited hours and too much

Overall, a pleasing experience. Car condition wasn't exactly cleaned. There's some dents and scratches as well. However I am satisfied.

Pick up location is out of airport.

Actually it is not so convenient to collect and drop off the car outside from airport given the big luggage we have. Besides, it will be better to provide the driver with full tank of fuel when we collect the car as we do not know how much we need to fuel up before we return. I would say this policy was unfair to the driver.

There is a US guy that speaks english... he is from NYC. So its a breeze to rent a car here. Careful of the CDW as its pay first claim later type of insurance.

1. Given a car different from one I booked. 2. The car had empty fuel tank, with red warning light. 3. When questioned why empty tank, I was given a foolish verbal explanation by a man (a manager, I think, who is not a local Korean) that there is restriction by the Korean authorities in filling up rental cars. This is really insulting my intelligence, to say the least), just to find an excuse. 4. A requested for the car I booked weeks ago, with full fuel, but was told I need to wait for the car to be available when returned by user.!! 5. Finally after arguing, I was offered a bigger car, not of my choice, with slightly more than a quarter tank. 6. With no choice, I took this car which was difficult for me to drive, and costs me much more in fuel cost. 7. All in all, I had an unpleasant experience upon arrival at Tamra, and it ruined the start of my holiday in Jeju to some extent.
