Collecting car process was seamless and straightforward. The rental car was full of scratches that we need to take a video of it as a proof before signing off. When we returned the car, the process was speedy and no major problem.

Love the platform and the promotion given as the price is more competitive compared to other platform.

My family came from Singapore to Jeju for a vacation in which we planned to see the beauty and attractions of the island. To do so we rented the car from Tamra. The overall experience we had was Excellent! I would like to highlight two unique cased related to the good service we received from Tamra and specifically from Azim, who is a senior manager in the company: 1. Upon the pickup of the car we discovered that the model I booked was not wide enough to sit 2 child seats + adult in the back. Tamra were very kind and agreed to change the model to a wider one with no extra cost and in an efficient manner. 2. On our way to the drop off, just before boarding a flight to Seoul, we had a flat tire. Azim sent a service car to handle the issue, and personally drove us to the airport without going through the process of returning the car so that we will not miss our flight.

Booking process was smooth and easy.
