Easy and worth it

The staff at the rental company were very friendly, and the pick-up and return process was very quick!

The car arrived on time at the pickup point. However, one staff member was careless and didn’t ask for any registration; just told me to take the car. The fuel tank was only one-third full, and the staff member said it was fine to return it the same way. Later, I felt something was wrong, so I used WeChat to contact a colleague at the car rental company whom I’d spoken to before. He told me to go back and re-register all the documents, but by then I'd already left Jeju City and had to drive an extra 50 kilometers.

Didn’t read the fine prints, but I thought I was receiving a full tank car. Received only with quarter in the tank, and told to return it on the same level. The GPS given was in local language and we were not given any instructions on how to use it which I finally figure out on the third day of my rent.

The handing over and taking over process was very fast and the transaction is very transparent. The customer service was friendly and they are able to communicate in english.

Pick up was really easy. Drop off also easy but people kind of not paying attention to your concerns. Maybe a language barrier thing. Bilingual personnel might help
