Since I was staying at a hotel near Union Square, the rental office was easy to locate and within walking distance. There weren't many people in line, and though I was worried they might not process my early pickup, they handled it without asking any questions. They recommended an additional roadside assistance service. Although I already purchased QEEQ's full coverage, I decided to buy the extra service for peace of mind in case of any breakdowns, as it wasn’t too expensive. Unexpectedly, they upgraded me to a Cherokee Jeep for free. The car was a new model from last year with great performance and flawless handling. However, I couldn't get the in-car navigation to work. Returning the car was also very convenient—I simply followed the navigation to the drop-off location and handed over the car. This road trip went smoothly overall.

The car provided was a similar class Nissan Sunny. There was no aggressive upselling, and the staff’s attitude was quite indifferent. The process was very smooth.

We went back to the store the next morning and were directed to the airport as there were no same-class vehicles available. The process was smooth, and we successfully switched to a Chevrolet Suburban. The ride to Las Vegas was great, and both the car exchange and return were quick and smooth.
