the vehicle given to us wasn't the vehicle scheduled. We were supposed to get a Mitsubishi Mirage but it wasn't on the lot. Instead we were rented a large Toyota SUV which sucked way too much fuel. The next day we returned to the rental lot and were given a choice of mostly SUV vehicles. We opted for a Hyundai Kona which actually was a decent, comfortable ride.

Two people at the counter 40 people in line 1st two cars were unacceptable came back the next day and got a decent car. Only excepted the second car the night before because they ran out of cars!

NO too old no extra features on vehicle and had only one key and took forever to pick up, over an hour what a joke I could of gotten in and out with other rental companies very unhappy also your customer services is a joke was on hold forever

Vehicle was extremely dirty inside and out. Also, for pre-paid fuel option, would give customer's to refuel in case they did not use as much as gas as they thought they would. Everything else was great, thank you.
