Tuvimos que gastar más porque la camioneta no era 4X4 y nos dieron una Jeep que era 2021 pero no estaba en buenas condiciones, temblaba cuando la sacamos a carretera.

I was told to fill out the vehicle inspection form myself and hand it in at exit, but there was noone to hand it to. The windshield had a small chip, that i marked on the sheet. While driving the car it turned into a larger crack. I want to make sure i am not charged for this, but haven't heard anything yet.

Finding a car at a good rate was easy. I also needed a child seat which i requested, but it was not tied to my reservation at all.

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

Love your price drop. But needs to be more easier and noticeable to apply to your rental.

The car wasn't cleaned prior to our rental and it was a filth ball. We didn't find out until well on our way to the ski slopes that the rig wasn't 4x4 wheel drive. My bad for not specifying, but who makes a 2-wheel drive full-sized SUV? It defeats the purpose of an SUV. We had to purchase chains for the vehicle to comply with the Colorado Traction Law. Miscellaneous charges of more than $100 showed up on our receipt that were later removed after we called to inquire. The answer was something about computer errors. Highly suspect. Not happy !!

Did not get the vehicle that I wanted. Took a long time waiting and finishing process at the counter.
