The car rental service has improved compared to before.

When I arrived at Evenes Airport, I found out that all the cars at the store had been rented out, so I had to wait about an hour to get a car. However, they provided me with a brand new Toyota Corolla Cross SUV, which was quite decent to drive. That said, the engine noise was quite loud when driving on steep slopes later on, which might need some attention. Additionally, I returned the car in Harstad, but the operating hours listed on QEEQ were incorrect. The store was closed on Sunday. I recommend checking the hours on Google instead. As a result, I had to spend quite some time at the store entrance before figuring out how to drop the keys into the self-service drop box, which was quite time-consuming.

The white guy was very patient and incredibly friendly. We even got the car a bit earlier.

The vehicle was very new and in good condition. The process was convenient and I was very satisfied.

Hertz by Eva might not have onsite staff. Recommend contacting them via email beforehand.
