Pickup and drop-off were very quick. The staff simply asked if additional insurance was needed, and after declining, they moved on and completed the rental process promptly.

The staff put a lot of effort into upselling insurance, which was a bit unpleasant. However, returning the car went smoothly with no issues. If you're opting for basic insurance, make sure to inspect the car carefully. If you're unfamiliar with the area, it's better to get full coverage since car repairs in Australia can be costly.
